Data Deletion Instructions
Musin, operated by Makarov d.o.o. (“we”, “us”), lets creators connect their Instagram, TikTok and YouTube accounts to participate in music promotion campaigns. This section explains what account data we access through those platforms and how you can have it deleted.
What we collect from connected social accounts
When you connect Instagram, TikTok or YouTube to Musin, we access: your public profile information (username, display name, profile picture, follower count), and the public post/media links and engagement metrics you submit for campaign verification (likes, views, comment count on the specific post). We do not access your private messages, private posts, or any content beyond what is needed to confirm a campaign post.
How to request deletion of your data
You can request deletion of your Musin account and all associated data, including data collected from connected social accounts, by emailing ask@musin.online with the subject “Data Deletion Request” from the email address associated with your Musin account, or by using the “Delete my account” option in Account Settings (if/once built).
What happens next
We will delete your account data within 30 days of a verified request. Some records may be retained longer where required by law (for example, financial and payment records tied to completed campaigns — see Data Retention above).
Confirmation
Once deletion is complete, we will send confirmation to the email address used to make the request.
United States — State Privacy Rights
Musin is established in Croatia and applies this Privacy Policy to all Users worldwide, including Users in the United States. This section provides the additional disclosures required by United States state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA”), and comparable comprehensive privacy laws in other states.
This section applies to residents of a United States state whose privacy law applies to Musin. The rights described here are in addition to those in section 14. Where this section conflicts with another part of this Privacy Policy in respect of a United States resident, this section applies. Terms such as “personal information”, “sensitive personal information”, “sell”, “share” and “targeted advertising” have the meanings given to them by the applicable state law.
This section, together with sections 3, 5, 9 and 11, is our notice at collection.
Categories of personal information we collect
In the preceding twelve months, Musin has collected the following statutory categories of personal information. Section 3 describes the individual data elements in full.

- Professional or employment-related information — company, agency, label or management details, and your role in relation to a Track.
- Inferences — matching and recommendation signals, and Creator reliability, completion and audience-fit indicators.
Musin does not collect biometric information or education records.
Sensitive personal information
Musin collects a limited amount of information that qualifies as sensitive personal information: account log-in credentials, government-issued and tax identifiers, identity and verification documents, and financial-account information required to make payouts.
Musin uses and discloses this information only to provide the Platform and its Campaign and payout functions, to comply with legal, tax and anti-money-laundering obligations, to verify identity, and to prevent fraud and security incidents. These are purposes for which the CCPA does not provide a right to limit use or disclosure. Musin does not use or disclose sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.
Sources of personal information
Musin collects personal information directly from you; from the social-media platforms you choose to connect, with your authorisation; from payment, payout and verification providers; from other Users in the course of a Campaign; and automatically from your device when you use the Platform. Section 4 describes this in full.
Purposes and disclosure
Musin collects and uses personal information for the business and commercial purposes set out in section 5.
In the preceding twelve months, Musin has disclosed each of the categories listed above for a business purpose to the categories of recipients set out in section 9: other Users where the Platform requires it; payment, payout and verification providers; technology providers including hosting, database and email providers; social-media platforms you connect; professional advisers; and authorities and other legal recipients. Each service provider acts under a written contract that limits its use of personal information to the services it performs for Musin.
Musin does not sell or share your personal information
Musin does not sell personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration, and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising or targeted advertising, as those terms are defined by the CCPA and comparable state laws. Musin has not done so in the preceding twelve months.
Musin is intended for Users aged 18 or older (see section 19) and does not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
Because Musin does not sell or share personal information, we do not provide a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link, and there is no sale or sharing for an opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control to act upon.
Musin does not carry out profiling in furtherance of decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects concerning you.
Retention
Musin retains each category of personal information for the periods set out in section 11, and does not retain personal information for longer than is reasonably necessary for the purposes disclosed in this Privacy Policy.
Your rights as a United States resident
Subject to the conditions and exceptions in your state’s law, you may have the right to:
Know and access
Request the categories of personal information we have collected about you, the sources of that information, the purposes for collecting it, the categories of third parties to whom we disclosed it, and a copy of the specific pieces of personal information we hold.

Correct
Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
Portability
Receive a copy of your personal information in a portable and, where technically feasible, readily usable format.
Opt out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising
Musin does not carry out any of these activities, so there is nothing to opt out of. You may still submit a request and we will confirm this in writing.
Limit the use of sensitive personal information
Musin uses sensitive personal information only for purposes permitted without a right to limit, as described above, so this right does not currently apply.
Opt out of profiling
Musin does not carry out profiling producing legal or similarly significant effects, so this right does not currently apply.
Non-discrimination
Musin will not deny you goods or services, charge you a different price, or provide you with a different level or quality of service because you exercised a privacy right. Musin does not offer financial incentives in exchange for personal information.
How to submit a request
Email ask@musin.online with the subject “US Privacy Request”, from the email address associated with your Musin account, and describe the right you wish to exercise.
We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before acting on a request, and will not request more information than is reasonably necessary to do so. We will respond within 45 days, which may be extended by a further 45 days where permitted, and we will tell you if an extension is needed.
An authorised agent may submit a request on your behalf where they provide written permission signed by you, or a valid power of attorney. We may still ask you to verify your own identity directly with us, or to confirm that you authorised the request.
Appeals
If we decline your request, you may appeal by emailing ask@musin.online with the subject “Privacy Request Appeal”, and describing why you believe the decision should be reconsidered. We will respond within the period required by your state’s law. If your appeal is refused, you may submit a complaint to the Attorney General of your state.
California “Shine the Light”

No online service can guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for using a strong password, protecting your device and notifying Musin promptly of suspected unauthorised access.
18. Personal-data breaches
Where a personal-data breach creates a legally reportable risk, Musin will notify the competent supervisory authority within the legally required period.
Where the breach is likely to result in a high risk to affected individuals, Musin will also notify those individuals unless an exception applies.
19. Children
Musin is intended for Users aged 18 or older.
We do not knowingly offer paid Campaign participation or payout accounts to children.
If we learn that an account belongs to a person under 18, we may suspend the account, prevent transactions and delete information where appropriate.
